Carter Caves State Resort Park Home Page Carter Caves State Resort Park is a complete year round resort facility operated by the Kentucky Department of Parks. There is a modern 28 room Lodge and 10 modern cottages. Reservations for these accommodations are made by dialing a toll-free number: 1-800-325-0059. Room deposits will be necessary. Checks should be kept separate from registration fees. The Camping Area is open for winter camping. Due to winterization only one of the two bathhouses will be open with heated restrooms and hot showers and there will be no water at the water and electric sites. Restaurant During the Crawlathon the dining room serves hot, hearty food Buffet style for all the hungry cavers. That’s right all you can eat, but don’t eat too much, it might keep you from squeezing through some of the tight passages you may endure on your trips. For lighter appetites you can order off the menu. Meals not included in your registration. HOURS OF OPERATION |
